(PRO version only) The CSV file created with MONEE can be easily imported into Excel (tested on Excel 2010) by following these steps:

open Excel and open an empty file;
go to the Data;
click load External Data "from the text": start the Import Wizard;
select the file and click "Next";
choose type of "delimited file", file source "65001 Unicode (UTF-8)" and click "Next";
select as the delimiter "Semicolon" and click "Finish";
choose to import data into existing sheet.
